The Panel is our padded with cushions plated 3mm plate on top of it, the exterior and interior, decorated with decorative frames protruding aluminum.
The construction of the base panel where all these elements will become consists of filling MDF repellent high density (900Kg / m3), coated on both sides with aluminum foil lacquered with 1.5 mm thick hardened, allowing for excellent thermal insulation.
Grids are constructed of solid aluminum and are double glazed with box (approximately) 14mm, depending on models.

DOORS

In terms of structure we can build the conventional serial ports (no thermal break) or thermal breakthrough that allows a wide versatility in terms of interior and exterior colors allowing any construction in bicolor.
The fittings are of great quality being applied to three hinges with capacity for 30 kg body weight each, and normally applied at least four hinges.
The locks are locks applied 3-point latch with balance, with a cylinder attached to the same security by reading the points on spheres, together with five keys.
Up the doors are provided in accordance with the models in the catalog, and the doors will never drilled to implement them - except by appointment by the client.
The construction of conventional Doors Series is manufactured with 40 of the Extrusal, while for the thermal break series used the PR 50 Extruverde.
